MATCHA Hakama Pants — Pure Fluidity

MATCHA — the shade of sun-drenched Japanese gardens — unfolds here in exceptional hakama pants, cut from a heavy, flowing, and dancing viscose crepe.

Its cut is inspired by traditional hakama to reveal its most contemporary elegance: numerous pleats at the front and back sculpt the silhouette and give it sovereign amplitude with every step. The dropped crotch guarantees exceptional comfort, without ever sacrificing the line.

Wide and generous, it is mounted on a waistband with a side zipper and two large side pockets — details designed for a woman who lives as much as she dresses.

It can be worn at the waist or on the hips, depending on the desired style. Suitable for all body types from size 34 to 46, it is also available custom-made, in three leg lengths: 95, 100, and 105 cm.

Who are we? Catherine Valentin is a French fashion house specializing in kimonos, hakamas, and Japan-inspired silhouettes, handcrafted in Grenoble. All our textiles are woven in France by weavers labeled Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant (Living Heritage Company), in high-density brocade-style jacquard, certified Organic and Oeko-Tex 100.

Product details: MATCHA hakama pants — mint green viscose crepe, heavy and fluid drape. Front and back pleats, dropped crotch, 2 side pockets, side zipper. Worn at the waist or on the hips. Sizes T34 to T46. Leg lengths: 95 cm (€360), 100 cm (€390), 105 cm (€430). Custom-made possible. Also available as a MATCHA short skirt. Made in France · French Art Craftsman.

Materials: 100% viscose (crepe). Machine wash 30°C, delicate program. Iron at medium temperature.

Each piece is made to order in our workshop in Grenoble .

We partner with a regional weaver to create our exclusive jacquards, then cut and sew only after order. No dormant stock: each kimono is designed for you, with high-quality finishes, such as French seams that make our models reversible.

Allow approximately 3 weeks to receive your unique piece.

Delivery
Each kimono is shipped via Colissimo with a signature required. You can also pick up your order for free in Grenoble (click & collect) by appointment. The average delivery time is 2 to 3 weeks, allowing time for your piece to be made to order.

Returns
Returns are possible in France within 7 days of receipt, in the original packaging and in new condition (without stains or odors). Refunds are issued within 14 days via the payment method used.
