SATO Collection

The SATO collection offers a warm color palette, composed of honey, ochre, amber brown and burnt orange hues. Reversible kimonos, hakamas, and tube skirts can be freely coordinated to create a personal, flexible, and graphic silhouette.

Each piece is designed, developed, and made to order in the CATHERINE VALENTIN workshop in Grenoble, using jacquard textiles woven in France, certified Organic and Oeko-Tex 100.

SATO is a joyful collection, in the colors of golden honey, interspersed with amber brown, ocher, burnt orange, and yellow. A warm and cheerful palette, where one can imagine the lively movement of bees around the hive.

The collection brings together pieces designed to be freely coordinated. The reversible HANAÏ kimono combines honey and ocher tones with the dynamic lines of the black khaki KATSU hakama, the brown/black JUPI pencil skirt, or the slate gray ISHI hakama. The eggplant YUTTARI and marled pollen ANSHI kimonos add ample, colorful, and warm layers.

The SATO collection stands out with a warm color palette, comprising honey, ocher, amber brown, burnt orange, and yellow hues. These shades give the collection a vibrant and enveloping presence, designed to accompany movement and assert a personal style.

HANAÏ, the collection's centerpiece, is a reversible kimono that brings a luminous presence. It pairs with the KATSU khaki/black hakama, the JUPI brown/black tube skirt, or the HISHI slate gray hakama. The YUTTARI aubergine and ANSHI mottled pollen kimonos complete this wardrobe with ample, colorful, and comfortable layering options.

To be coordinated as desired, the pieces from the SATO collection allow for the creation of a supple, graphic, and unique silhouette without sacrificing comfort. The volumes, pleats, long lines, and jacquard patterns give each combination a precise presence, balancing movement and structure.

Each model is designed, developed, and made to order by the CATHERINE VALENTIN couture house in its Grenoble workshop. The jacquard textiles are woven in France and are certified Organic and Oeko-Tex 100.
