Description

NAISHO purple paisley kimono

The reversible NAISHO kimono was born from that space between what is immediately visible and what comes just after. Wearing the NAISHO kimono is first about experiencing an intimate sensation, then feeling how it complements one's individuality.

One inhabits this kimono with pleasure.

Cut from an exclusive jacquard textile woven in France for our fashion house, which holds the "Artisan d'Art de France" label, the kimono features a very delicate paisley pattern. Its arabesques, with outlines that appear to be embroidered with a dusty-pink wool thread, stand out against an authentic, textured jacquard. Its color palette blends purplish-brown, orange, and eggplant.

The OBI belt, matching the kimono, accentuates the waist and provides a more fitted silhouette. The NAISHO kimono can be worn without an OBI belt thanks to the side ties that keep it securely in place on the torso.

The NAISHO kimono coordinates with:

  • KOJIMA hakama trousers in blue or black, HISHI in slate grey, NESUMI in grey, JIMA in black, and KURO in black;
  • the black JUPI skirt for a more elongated line;
  • as a layer, the YUTTARI kimono, which is looser with short sleeves, worn open or closed.

The NAISHO kimono is designed and handmade to order in Grenoble, in the artisanal tradition of the CATHERINE VALENTIN fashion house, which holds the "Artisan d'Art de France" label.

The jacquard textile is Oeko-Tex 100 certified. Composition: 20% organic cotton, 20% organic viscose, 57% recycled polyester, and 3% polyamide.
