Description

Reversible HANAÏ kimono, brown-ochre

The HANAÏ kimono, with its honey-like colors crossed by a ray of light: amber brown, ochre, burnt orange and rosy gray echo each other in balance. One can almost imagine the lively movement of bees happily buzzing around their hive.

Long sleeves ending in cuffs for generous lapels.

Side ties to close the kimono and an OBI belt to cinch the waist.

Reversible, the HANAÏ kimono can be styled in several ways:

  • Elongated with the brown/black JUPI tube skirt
  • Dynamic, dancing with the KATSU khaki or ISHI slate gray hakama pants
  • and over these, looser and short-sleeved, the YUTTARI aubergine kimono or the ANSHI pollen-colored kimono, worn open or closed with the side ties.

The HANAÏ kimono is designed and handcrafted to order in our Grenoble workshop, in the tradition of CATHERINE VALENTIN, French Master Craftsman.
